Community Education--Eastern Carver Co Schools

This program combines strategic STEM-based activities with traditional Skyhawks volleyball instruction and a focus on life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.  STEM Sports® volleyball curriculum enables students the opportunity to get behind the sport they love with modules centered around innovation and technology.  Subjects include calculating contact time, optimal serving speed, the science behind serving and more!  Participants will also learn the fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, and serving through skill-based drills and scrimmages.  Skyhawks puts the Sports in STEM.
