REFUNDS/CANCELLATION Youth & Adult Enrichment:Full refunds will be given if ECCS Community Education cancels a class. Refunds (less a $15 cancellation fee) will be given when a participant cancels a registration at least 5 business days prior to the start of class. Partial refunds may be considered for late/same day cancellations but not guaranteed. ECFE: Requests for refunds must be received five business days before the first day of class for a refund, less a $20 processing fee. All registrations will be considered final after the first class session. If we cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment a full refund will be given.We ask for a two week, written notice from you if you intend to withdraw your child. Please give the notice to the Community Education office. Full monthly fees still apply during the month of withdrawal. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The schools of Eastern Carver County (all facility buildings and grounds) is designated tobacco/chemical/weapon and harassment free. When school is cancelled due to inclement weather/physical problems, all activities during the day, immediately after school, or in the eventing are cancelled.
